A Model for the Archdiocese
St. Ambrose has been recognized by the Archdiocese of St. Louis as a model school among Catholic primary schools for our adoption and use of new technologies in the classroom and our Virtue Based Restorative Discipline.
A Model for the Classroom
From our state-of-the-art computer lab to our in-classroom technology, such as new interactive projectors, iPads, audio systems and tablets, St. Ambrose Catholic School gives our students unmatched access to the technology they need.
A Model for the Future
Technology never stops advancing, and St. Ambrose School is committed to making sure that tomorrow’s students remain on the cutting edge, including the use of iPads in the classroom and Google Drive. Look no further than our new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Lab under construction or our partnership with SLUH to create a robotics lab to see what sets St. Ambrose apart from other Catholic primary schools.
Founded in 1906, during a time when many children only finished fifth grade, St. Ambrose School was established to educate children through eighth grade.
More than a century later, St. Ambrose School embraces all that Catholic education asks and gives to a child. Through its unique heritage and commitment to combining the best of the new methods with the best of tradition, St. Ambrose Catholic School creates an outstanding educational environment where children are encouraged to develop creativity, divergent thinking and the skills needed to meet the challenges of a changing world.
