Saint Ambrose After School Care - Pre-K Enrollment Form 2026-27
After-school care is 5 days per week, but new this year, offering a four, three, two and one-day monthly rate. This is on a “first come, first served” basis. So please sign up promptly to ensure your child a spot, as space is limited.
The monthly cost of Pre-K after-school care is $250 per month for 5 days, $232 per month for 4 days, $201 per month for 3 days, $150 a month for 2 days and $92 per month for 1 day from September through May. Billed vie FACTS on or about the 1st of the month. In addition, there is a $25 registration fee due now at the time of registration.

If choosing less than 5 days per week, the days of the week must be consistent each week and selected prior to the start of school. For example, if selecting 3 days per week, it must be the same 3 days each week.
Please note there will be no after-school care on noon dismissals.
